i want to get six pack abs in jus two months. can anyone suggest me some gud medicines........?


i m doing 20 pull ups every day from last 15 dayz n i m slim too so i dont need to loose d xcess weight only i have to get is d six pack abs in d next two months. is dis enough to get those abs in next two months....................?

    try balley fitness my mom used it she lost 38 pounds in 3 months and has a pretty gudd 6 pack so it should work for yhu.
