How to reduce weight without exercise?

Is their any way to reduce weight without exercise?

    Eat only fruits and vegetables , Chicken and Egg white can be taken once in a week .. Its tought to just live with fruits and vegetables but thats the only way to reduce weight without Exercise .

    And more thing ..In case if you follow this diet of fruits and vegetables it gets digested very soon so u will feel hungry soon .. so u got to keep eating .. but that doesnt matter , whatever quantity of vegetables or fruits u eat u wont gain weight ... (Potatotes and Bananas should be avoided strictly )

    2. Use Smaller Plates For Unhealthy Foods

    3.Store Unhealthy Foods Out of Sight.

    4.Eat Fiber-Rich Foods

    5.Drink Water Regularly

    6.Eat Without Electronic Distractions

    7.Sleep Well and Avoid Stress

    8.Eliminate Sugary Drinks

    Well, having a better diet is a start. No sweets, only whole grains and wheat. Cut out high fat foods, and replace any dairy with low fat of fat free. No soda! Drink LOTS of water, and start eating fruits and veggies. Depending when you leave for work...You could get up early and go for a jog/walk for 20minutes 4-5 days out of the week. Or you could go after work. You have to work for fitness, it is never handed to you. And I am positive any business has a legal obligation to give workers at least 15-30min breaks. This sounds like a poor excuse. Get off that bum and work for it like the rest of us!

    Weight increase is because of food and genetic factors. If you reduce your food's fat content and consume as little as possible to sustain yourself, you will automatically reduce weight. Any artificial means will make you gloat again if you stop it.
