The United States Medical Licensing Examination or USMLE is a multi-part professional exam sponsored by the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) and the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). Medical doctors are required to pass before being permitted to practice medicine in the United States of America. It consists of three steps; all three must be passed before an MD medical school graduate is eligible to apply for a license to practice medicine in the United States.

Actually, you need to give step 1 first. Only if you pass, you can proceed further. The other information you requested is on the official USMLE website (including what centers conduct these tests in your country). Good Luck!
