Nintendo DS wi-fi setup?

Question

whenever i search for an Access point the ds can never find my wireless router, and when i manually set it up it says that what i have put in is invalid. What is wrong with it?

According to the security on your wireless connection the ds can or cannot see it, try reducing the security on your wireless connection.
