I've been eating way too much junk food lately?
Okay, so I haven't been eating a lot of healthy food lately. I keep eating junk food and getting stomachaches. I want to stop this, but it's just so good! Any suggestions?

It's almost impossible, but one way I know is to lend your money to someone you trust, and make sure there is no junk food around you for a radius of 3 yards at all times. This takes a lot of self discipline, but it often works. If you need a snack, grab a fruit or vegetable you like (for me, it's a bell pepper). Hope this helps!Source(s): Personal experience

Try finding some healthy food that tastes good in order to replace the unhealthy junk food. Many fruit are delicious. Also try having some home cooked meals. Remember: eating too much junk food can make you fat and may lead to other health problems.
