Fallen angels refer to Lucifer and the third of the hosts of heaven who were cast out of heaven for rebellion. (See the Book of Revelations) The nature of the rebellion varies from religion to religion, but most Christian churches agree that it involved an open rebellion against God.
So how do you know you're not one of these that were cast out of heaven? Depends on who you ask I suppose. The only religion that I know of that has a definite test to this is the Mormons. And their test goes something like this.
"Well are you here on earth? Are you mortal. Do you have a body of flesh and blood? If you do, then you are NOT a fallen angel."
Other christian denominations will tell you that since you are a human, and you technically were never an angel, you couldn't possibly be a fallen angel, since Angels are exclusively heavenly messengers.
So no matter who you ask, they would probably all agree the answer is no.

nope. the soul of a human is very different from the spirits that are angels. On the other hand that would be a fair way to give a fallen angel a chance to repent, converting them from a spirit into a soul, erasing the divine knowledge that that ex-angel would have had and then plant the new soul into a womb on this world and voila. Of course at that point it wouldn't so much be a fallen angel as a fresh soul.
