Does the Turin Kings List give us the date of Horus' reign?
Rounded to the nearest millennium, does the Turin Kings List, or any other Egyptian record, give us a cipherable time frame of when Horus may have ruled over Egypt?

I don't believe it gives any precise dates of the the reigns of the God. I don't know what Nightwing is talking about because the 1st Column consists of gods and the 2nd of spirits and mythical kings. I think the papyrus it was written on was too decrepit and the area with dates was lost.

Horus is not a historical leader. He is a god. He does not appear on the Turin Kings List.
The Pharaohs were sometimes equated to a physical incarnation of Horus (or incarnation of other beings), but that wouldn't lead them to list Horus as the king.
