while sending dependency visa documents just to make sure the visa gets approved at the very first attempt in order to show satisfactory earnings and salary just to enhance the same have overworked and done extra night duties and taken extra on calls(in case of doctors)to make sure the salary statement is satisfactory

Overtime, etc, is not standard pay, and might not help you. You have to provide your last 3 years of income tax returns, in addition to current paystubs, to prove your income is regular and ongoing. A sudden surge in income looks suspicious - unless you prove you got a big promotion at work at a substantially higher salary. But salaried employees do not get overtime, so this could not apply to you. You are doing "odd bits" to try to temporarily boost your income, and authorities will see right through that.
