Substitute for "Butter Extract"?
I'm baking a "Burnt Leather Cake", and I don't have "butter extract" neither can I find it in stores! It calls for 1 teaspoon of butter extract, if I were to substitute it with real butter, HOW MUCH real butter would I use?
so a teaspoon of almond/vanilla extract then?

You could but then you would have to cut out some fat somewhere else. To get butter flavoring from butter you would need too much. Try using vanilla or almond flavoring instead'.
