Few Scholars, did try to find out, at the time of death, how old was Lord Krishna.
Calculating various events in life including battle of Mahabharata etc they arrived at a approximate figure of 125 years was age of Krishna, when he died with arrow of our hunter.
So, based on this information Mahabharata war may have been fought when Krishna was middle aged i.e. he was around 75 years of age.
All is a guess work and you should not take it as final.
Brother what is the need of knowing Krishna's Age? Follow his teachings and practice in your life and most certainly you will become better man then what you are just now.

Geetha Jayanti is an annual celebration to commemorate the day when Lord Krishna rendered his philosophical teachings - immortalized in the epic Mahabharata - to prince Arjuna on the first day of the 18-day battle of Kurukshetra. When prince Arjuna refused to fight against his cousins, the Kauravas in the battle, Lord Krishna expounded the truth of life and the philosophy of Karma and Dharma to him, thereby giving birth to one of the world's greatest scriptures, the Geetha.
