    In the most generic sense of "Yuga" as a division of time, any year before the presumed year of Christ's birth 2013 years ago is designated as "B.C" (before Christ) or "B.C.E" (before common era). Any year after Christ's birth is designated "A.D." (Anno Domini, Latin for "in the year of our Lord) or "C.E." (common era). That is of course the Western system for marking calendar years.

    That said, Hindu philosophy is pretty much independent from Christianity. Therefore I wouldn't expect Hindu philosophers to take Christ's birth or his lifespan into consideration at all when describing in a religious context what yugas took place during what spans of time.
