how to clean cat hair from carpet at baseboard?
I have no problem keeping the cat hair out of the carpet, which is a light colored berber. However, I can't find a good, easy way to get the cat hair out of the carpet edges where it lies against the baseboard! There is a dark line of cat hair all along my carpet edges & NOTHING has gotten it out.

Use a brush that has a long handle or a broom with plastic bristles. Brushing along the edge of baseboard. Remove from broom and valcuum with a crevice tool the remaining hair. Jo Ann

A roller brush with the sticky tape doesn't work? Or wrap duct tape around your hand and blot the sticky side along the rug?

Put on a rubber glove and dampen it
Run your hand along the edges
And it will pick up the hair !
The hair sticks like magic to wet rubber
