Weight help!!!?

Okay I am 5'3 and 135lbs! I have most my weight in my thighs and stomach! Most people I know who are my size have flatter stomachs than me and I am so mad! I want to lose weight but it is so hard! What can I do to lose weight! I'm looking for at least 10-15 lbs by June!!!!!

    Eat healthy foods and practice portion control.

    Say no to second helpings.

    Eliminate sodas, energy drinks, alcoholic beverages, and sugary pastries.

    Move your body more. Exercise daily.

    Sleep 7-9 hours per night. Establish a regular sleep routine.

    Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

    Quit smoking if applicable.

    People sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. You can end up consuming extra calories when a glass of water is really what you need.

    This worked for me. Instead of eating three meals a day. I started eating six small meals a day and exercise. Cut out sodas and drink water. Good luck

    Eat well, stop feeling bad about your own body, and your bmi should be good not over or under. And exercise a bit. And do not stop eating, and having eating disorders.
