If R. Nader was so bent on protecting us from ourselves, why didn't he try to ban motorcycles?(NOT that I'd Like that)?
He just sounded hypocritical. I have a few friends who love restoring Corvairs.
Corvairs are Cool.
To Answer that "Question":
If you'd Lived in Nader's regime, he got Corvairs banned because of impalement on steering wheel. But, almost All cars did not have a collapsible column; he just "decided" to pick on the Corvair.
The Tucker did, but few were made. And this was 1947, not 1966.
To answer that "question": We are talking 1966, Not 2018. How can a few who dig Corvairs, now, [possibly affect Nader in the past? I don't get YOU. What are you smoking? Can I have some?
