There's more than the answer space can hold.
Shower daily. Use a deodorant soap on armpits, butt, and genitalia. Push back your foreskin if you have one and soap well there. Any soap is fine for the rest of your body.
Shave facial hair daily unless you deliberately seek an ungroomed look.
Brush your teeth and tongue and floss every morning. Brush again before going out for the evening or before bed. If your teeth are badly misaligned, stained, or have cavities, get things fixed.
Shampoo hair when it needs it, not because of what day it is.
Keep your fingernails and toenails clipped short, and clean. Even people whose careers get their hands filthy need to get them clean.
Pay what it takes for a good haircut. A stylist rather than a barber is equipped to help you find styles that flatter your face shape. They can also recommend grooming products to keep your hair well-behaved until it needs its next trim.
If you have any issues with your skin, from acne to dryness to flaking to ashy elbows and knees, deal with it.
Go to a decent department store and find clothing that both fits and flatters you. Worry more about proper fit than about fashion. If you are quite thin or more than a little pudgy, spend some time researching what styles flatter your body. Be mindful that coats, hats, and other weather-related stuff counts as clothes.
Take decent care of your shoes, and replace as needed. If they're leather, polish them now and again.
If you wear glasses, spend the time it takes to find frames that flatter you. Take a friend--it helps to have a second opinion.
