Very few of them rupture and usually no surgery is done unless they are over 7mm or causing a lot of health problems but usually they are left where they are and you are given regular check ups and meds to lower blood pressure and advised to lose wait and stick to a healthy diet and avoid alcohol or have very little alcohol .
