The Constitution allows for the impeachment (which is the bringing of charges), trial and if convicted, removal of office of a President if he is found to have committed treason or a high crime or misdemeanor while in office.
To date, there is no evidence that he has committed such a crime. Be rude or obnoxious to people does not qualify as grounds for an impeachment. (Whether it might prove him unfit for office under the 25th amendment is another debate.)
While there have been accusations that Trump worked with Russian agents to sway the election in his favor, to date no evidence has been presented and not a single person has ever been charged with anything related to such an action, (Mannifort was charged with tax issues from 15 years ago, Gates with lying under oath, and Cohen with campaign finance related to paying off a mistress.)
While on the Democrat side we know for certain that they paid a foreign national (Christopher Steele) to purchase information from the Russians about Trump to be used to sway the election. It was used to get four warrants to allow them to wire tap a member of the Trump campaign (who has never been charged with any crimes).
Interesting that they are trying to charge Trump with a crime that they are known to have committed themselves.
