    There is a millionaire industry of books and systems on productivity, you have to pick your own weapons, but here is the advice that worked best for me: "Don't start until you're finished". Don't start your day until you have it planned. To the best of your ability. Just an estimation, doesn't have to be 100% perfect. And it isn't written in stone, either; you can change it later if changes happen.

    Once you've been doing that for a while, you get "hungry" for more, and apply it to your week also: "Don't start it until you're finished". Once you've practiced with the weeks, you do it with months too, then with the whole year...

    The advice was by Jim Rohn, who says a lot of other interesting things...

    You've to avoid equality. Don't just do thing the same as your ambit.
