The person/people he has named in his Will, or to the Government (UK) if there is no Will.

Their heirs or whoever is named in their will. Gov't also typically receives a fair amount of money thru estate taxes.

The heirs of the estate.

The estate makes money. Heirs to the estate may begin receiving distributions once all estate debt is certified to be paid. It is not uncommon for estates of entertainers to remain open for many years because they still generate income.

Whoever it gets left to in their will.

NOBODY makes money from an estate. The estate is distributed to the heirs, as the Will or Trust dictates. Whether someone is famous or not has absolutely nothing to do with who gets what and who is making money off what.
