I only eat vegetable except for when I have a steak. I'm a very strict vegetarian so I only eat steak twice per week.Am I OK?

I worry because I'm a very strict vegetarian. Am I getting all the essential nutrients I need? How do I know? Apologies for anon. I don't want to be made fun of by certain people here because I chose to be a strict vegetarian but I don't know if I'll commit. It's only been 6 months.
