Eat as little sugar as possible and dont starve yourself. If you give yourself sufficient calories from natural whole foods, and consume very little sugar you will be amazed with how quickly the cravings go away

Hey nickname, feel free to list any whole foods in their natural state that contain refined sugar, I am always up for learning something new.

It depends on whether you are talking about an addiction, or actual low blood sugar due to hunger. Low blood sugar means you need sugar, where as an addiction does not.

After I started taking 5-10 spoonfuls of white sugar a day, I never experienced cravings.

I tend to calm sugar cravings with cake, cookies, ice cream, pie, candy and cigarettes.

Not a bad idea actually. Have you tried that? Did it work?
