You have to find a copy skill that works for you - exercising, rocking out to music, taking a hot shower, watching a movie, talking on a phone with a friend, yoga, breathing exercises, meditation....there are endless amounts of things to try. Pick one, try it, if it works, great! Theres a coping skill you have. If not, try something else. You can google "coping skills" to get more ideas since different people respond differently to different ones.
