What's the matter with this weather?

Seems like here in the upper Midwest it's too cold. Lot of this happened last year at this time.

I don't always remember it being like this?

    So ... b/c you don't remember past weather conditions this must mean there's something the matter with this weather?

    Climate change will make weather patterns unpredictable and more extreme. We need to get used to it, its only going to get worse.

    My guess is it’s because of all the water left over from the record snow amounts we had during the winter. Water is harder for the sun to heat up than dry ground.
