    It is impossible to prove that something didn't happen. Proof, of anything, requires evidence. Things that happen, things that exist, often leave evidence. But things that don't happen or don't exist don't leave any confirming evidence of their non-existence. No evidence = no proof.

    Not really sure what you are asking. There have been many floods in my lifetime.

    Furthermore, proving something didn't happen is a logical fallacy. Proof is what mathematicians do not what historians do. Also, your question repeats the logical fallacy of shifting the "burden of evidence".
