If you are under somones wifi but using incognito, can they see your internet history?

I mean a home wifi, not company

    Yes,

    Most routers (Cisco, and Linksys for example) log the last 200 (or so) URL that you have accessed. If the person is IT savvy they can easily see where you have gone.

    Incognito mode simply prevents your web browser from recording what websites you visit. It doesn't prevent anyone on the network from knowing what you do. However, whether or not the owner's of the network can see what you do depends on their technical skills.

    Makes no difference if you are incognito or not. They can see what sites you visited. If the URL starts with https, they can't see the content of the pages you visited or even what pages you visited on the site.

    Incognito only stops your browser storing site data on your PC.

    Put it this way your not truly incognito and if they really want to find you they can so be very careful what you do.

    No, not unless they are real IT heads. The internet service provider can still tell which sites you go.
