England . because the rules that declared England the winner were made before the final ..

England is winner according to rules. So no one should get that credits away from them if umpire gave 6 runs instead of 5 on 4th ball of 50th over that is not the fault of stokes or england team.

New Zealand lost 8 wickets in those 49 overs. England lost all 10. According to the old ICC rule (which seems more appropriate even today), New Zealand deserved to win the World cup.

New Zealand. Jimmy Neesham was doing for it for his team. He also hit a big six and there was chance to win this game. But at the last moment, Martin Guptill couldn't do. England were only 241 and New Zealand were 241/8.

In the spirit of the game it was a tie, there is no other way it could go.
In the spirit of some dodgy decision by the ICC it was awarded to England.

England. They won fair and square under the rules in place, that ALL teams were aware of before the tournament began.
You are a fool. The rules were not made up as they went. If a player didn't know the rules, shame on his team's manager.
