"Cancel the its validity" ..correct or not !?

Certainly not correct as it stands. Are you sureyou've copied it accurately?
It suggests to me that the writer started off with one phrase in mind, but changed his mind before completing it and finished with a totally different phrase.
For example 'Cancel the contract' was his first thought. His second thought was 'Cancel its validity' but he didn't correct enough of his first line.

No, that makes no sense at all.

The correct form would be "cancel its validity".
