If you take a medicine thinking that it will not cure you, will there be any effect of the medicine on your body?

Will the negative thought sent by millions of brain cells to other cells in the body has any effect

It can depend on what you are trying to cure. Sometimes the mind perceives that the medicine is not helping. The other side of the coin is the placebo effect where a simple sugar pill makes some people feel better.

yes, there may be an effect (or there may not), although I doubt the detail is the one you mention.
