See: https://vimeo.com/350556034
The dealership said only to come back after check engine light comes on.
Not sure what else to do.
It's a 2017 Pentastar V6 with 21k miles.
is it the cam shafts? Purge Solenoid?
thank you everyone. The tech told me it can't be the lifters - there will be misfires and check engine light will be on.

Yes, that ticking/clicking is the Car Vacuum Control Switch Purge Valve Solenoid, sometimes referred to as 'VSV' .
Our 2016 Chevy Equinox 2.4 does that, as does my 2004 Hyundai Sonata 2.7, work car.
It's mostly noticeable with the hood up, and when the cooling fan(s) are off, and it doesn't always happen, but if you find the purge valve solenoid, and can safely touch it when it's clicking, you can feel the clicking in sync with the sound.
That's a usual, normal sound.

I didn't hear and lifter noise. I may have heard a drive belt pulley that is dry and making a little noise. Take the belts off and spin the pulleys by hand.
