House ground issue?

If a ceiling fan doesn t have the ground hooked up will that cause the other outlets on the same breaker not to have ground also.

    No, because each one is connected individially to a common ground. If you look at the receptable where the wires are for the fan, there is a wire going to it and another wire going from it, both of which are connected to the recptacle. If the fan is on the end of the circuit, the wire going to the receptacle is connected.

    If the wires for the fan have a braided insulation, then you need an electrical upgrade. Buy a tester from Home Depot for about $6 and make sure the outlets are grounded.

    Not at all. If the other outlets were grounded before the fan, then they still are
