Apologies, my question about the £100 savings bond is actually a premium bond.?

    As I answered your last question which your stated 'savings bond' of your deceased mother which I told you is non transferable and you need to inform NS&I along with your mother death cert to cash it in ( and it forms part of your mothers estate) also as said it is worth the same as it was when purchased

    I don't think premium bonds are transferable after death, you'd better check on their website site or ask in the post office
