Of course not. It is an essential part of the body but it's a fact that you can survive for a very short period of time, not more. Vitamins, proteins, and water are the main resources that require for the body.

Vitamins help you utilize the food you eat. Without food vitamins supply no nutrition. Water does not provide nutrition unless it has microbes in it and there would not be enough to keep you alive for an hour.

No. We need all kinds of things to survive that vitamins cannot supply -- fats, for one thing, plus proteins and carbs, including some sugars. Our brains MUST have fats to function.

no you can't live off of vitamins and water while taking vitamins and minerals with your water will help you just stay healthy longer. They won't do anything at all to help produce energy or produce needed proteins and fats vitamins and minerals taken with sugar and water will keep you alive a lot longer then simply taking vitamins and water

Not for long -- maybe a month or two. To get enough calories to survive, you would need to eat a couple of thousand tablets per day.
