6 x 12 + 4 = 76 inches. So George has more.

I'm not sure what this has to do with men's health though.

Why would you give two different units of measurement? You need to convert one to the other to solve first

Because that's exactly how they write the questions in the text. The test is to see if you know to convert X to Y.

there are 12 inches in 1 foot

6ft * 12inch/ft

72 inches

Therefor 6ft 4 inches is

72 + 4

76 inches
