I'm not able to speak not a single word clearly. Is this Stuttering and how to diagnose one?

    To speak more clearly, one needs to focus on diction and that can be done in many ways among which is being careful with pronunciation. About stuttering, one thing that may help is to realize the more one is ashamed of stuttering, the more s/he may end up stuttering. As an alternative, when stuttering starts, take a deep breath, try to relax, concentrate mostly, if not exclusively, on what you want to say, rather than how you are able to say it. For many, these simple steps... breathing, relaxation, and concentration... can help alleviate stuttering, if not conquering it altogether.
