Does high heart rate with little exercise go away?

I took meth with my antipsychotic one time and I think it caused an arrhythmia. I can no longer drink a cup of coffee without getting an arrhythmia. When I do a light jog my heart rate is 180 after 30 minutes and 200 when I do the elliptical moderate pace. It's been 7 months since I last used drugs and I'm still having this problem. What is really causing this high heart rate with little exertion and is it possible it can just go away? I'm very frustrated that I can't even drink a cup of coffee maybe not even drink ( I haven't tried drinking with this heart problem yet) or exercise without my heart rate sky rocketing

You may have caused permanent damage. See a cardiologist.
