Toes and ball of feet still numb after Lower Lumbar Laminectomy.. 19 Mos after surgery. Why ?

Nerves are very easy things to damage. No matter how good a surgeon is, it really is down to luck whether they are damaged or not. I had a huge haematoma on my neck decades ago, and the feelings on that part of my neck are still far from normal.
