I do on a regular basis, though for some reason I often kick them up during the night.

When I used to walk around and sleep barefooted, my heels got too rough and jagged, especially when they started peeling. What I didn't realize until after it happened, was that my dried, jagged heels were tearing all my socks and worse, my couch cushions when I slept on it. When I moved around in my sleep, my heels were tearing the cloth covers on the couch cushions. I tore several cushions with my razor-sharp heels.

Since then, I started wearing socks all the time, including when I sleep. My heels have healed (hee-hee). I have also started putting moisturizing lotion on them too.

Only when it's cold. And I wear cotton socks mainly - they're warm and cozy enough.
