Yes, anyone can due to congenital abnormalities in blood vessels in the Circle of Willis. Risk factors for rupture would be high blood pressure, smoking, high caffeine or other CNS stimulant (e.g. cocaine, meth) intake, stress, family history, female gender, head trauma and being Afrikan-American.
