In Pleistocene England, would drinking freshwater be good for a Pleistocene cavewoman with big breasts, flat stomach and thin limbs?

Yes. A clean, safe, supply of drinkable fresh water has always been good for humans of both genders at all times and places of human history.

Just in case you have any other questions to ask with blindingly obvious questions, then yes, food, shelter and air have also always been important to all humans,

In today's modern world would it be just as good, regardless of your idea of beauty standards?
