will I lose weight if I do a hours cardio everyday and just eat my dinner breakfast and tea? ?
will only be eating no more than 1500 calories a day and no junk food and just drinking water will I start to lose weight and notice in my body?

Weight loss is 80% about what you're eating, 20% about exercise. Exercise is great for body toning/gaining muscle mass. And it does boost our metabolism which can help a little bit with weight loss.

If you count calories properly then u should. I recommend taking some days off though. If you are doing cardio then you should think about doing HiiT instead of a solid hour. If you can carry on a conversation while doing cardio then you are wasting your time. Hard cardio is the key.
