    It won't cure a cold but it does contain Vitamin C which helps to protect you from the cold virus.

    Vit C helps and orange juice is ringing with it. Its not going to stop you from getting one DJD.

    Yes, orange juice can cure anything. I poured it on my best friend’s broken arm, and she was back to punching people and barbecuing armadillos that same day.

    **Somewhat** true. If you take a 500 mg chewable Vitamin C at THE VERY BEGINNING of getting a cold, **sometimes** you can halt it.

    FALSE BUT IT COULD HELP TO AN EXXTENT...IVE HAD A COLD FOR SIX WEEKS...ICK AND I TAKE VIT C DAILY

    maybe to a degree .. its a much more effective strategy to 'prevent' colds by having a good diet and nutrition than get rid of one ..
