Refer them to someone else, ask a supervisor... Its not my job to know and understand all of the customers demands, that's what supervisors are for. Just be honest and tell them you have no idea what they are talking about, they'll get more mad if you tell them a lie. This is how I do it:
Person: (Says somethings I have no knowledge of)
Me: Go again? (me confirming the question)
Person: (They repeat question)
Me: Sorry, I don't have the answer for that, let me ask the supervisor.
