How much do you pay yearly in property taxes?

ANY number won't be relevant to YOU.

The rate varies by individual jurisdiction and the amount varies by individual residence.

Note: Whoever said zero is mistaken. The landlord may write the check, but he/she DOES pay the property taxes as part of the rent.

About 2% of my house's fair market value.

If you are talking about real estate taxes, how much someone pays all depends on the tax rate where they live and the value of their property.
