A squeeze of lemon will help

If you are talking about the rotisserie chicken pretty sure that is already pretty highly seasoned at least on the skin so a bit of lemon on the meat would brighten it.  A bit of the Costco Tuscan Herb mix on the meat itself would be good.

I never have to add anything, they are good as they come.

It's not just Costco chicken today, it's chicken in general. Today's chickens are fed chemicals to fast grow them and they grow 50% larger than those of 50 years ago. They just don't taste as good as in the past. I add a little (just a dash) of cayenne peppers to mine.
