Why do some people try to find reasons to be angry? What is the psychology behind that?

It seems that some individuals always find something to be angry or irritated about.

    They have low self esteem.

    It's a motivator. Ted Williams was angry at the world. He would take batting practice for hours. When he would swing at the ball, that ball was everything in the world he hated.

    Does it work to everyone, no. I know I do much better at task on a ' low boil'. I don't take it out on people, but i 'beat' on what I'm doing because it works for me.
