Surely you jest. Stalin killed more people than Hitler, most of them his own fellow Soviet citizens.

LOL - So Russia doesn't destabilize & intimidate it's neighbors??  Russia hardly has a neighboring country that doesn't fear, loath & despise them.

It was not just the US that destroyed the Indians, it was the European settlers, the colonialists all over the American continents. While it's true that the newly created US did in fact practice genocide of the native Americans, so too did the colonialists and new European formed nations of Central and South America.

In fact some estimate that roughly 95% of the indigenous natives were killed outright or died of disease transported by the Europeans. Why? There were all kinds of reason given for the murders, but the two most logical ones are racial prejudice and greed. It was the white man versus the red man. And it was they, the native Americans, had the land that the Europeans wanted.

If any culture deserves reparations from the US government, it's the Native Americans...the so-called Indians.

As to Russia you are so wrong I have to wonder if you even know anything about Russia. Under the Tsars and under the Soviet regimes, millions of cultures were murdered in order to cleanse their population for the Russians.

    Just check https://en.wikipedia.org/en.wikipedia.org › wiki › List_of_massacres_in_the_Soviet_Union

List of massacres in the Soviet Union - Wikipedia for the Soviet era killings for example.

And the gulags (jails housing political prisoners) were infamous for the Russian brutality against whole groups of people. Check this:

    Gulag - HISTORY

Mar 23, 2018 - The Gulag was a system of forced labor camps established during Joseph Stalin’s long reign as dictator of the Soviet Union. ... The notorious prisons, which incarcerated about 18 million people throughout their history,

The Holodomor (Ukrainian: Голодомо́р; Голодомо́р в Украї́ні;[a][2] derived from морити голодом, "to kill by starvation")[3][4][5] was a man-made famine in Soviet Ukraine in 1932 and 1933 that killed millions of Ukrainians. It is also known as the Terror-Famine and Famine-Genocide in Ukraine,[6][7][8] and sometimes referred to as the Great Famine[9] or the Ukrainian Genocide of 1932–33.[10]

Wow you are completely ignorant on these

Issues. Our Indians sided with kings in other

Countries and were killing our people. That

Is why the trail of tears happened. Russia

Starved to death millions of their own people

After World War II by selling 90% of their crop

Food to foreign countries and leaving their

People with nothing to eat during a blistering

Cold winter. Families were forced to turn to

Eating their own families members who died

Just to survive. Cannibalism became normal

To Russians. Got it naive dim wit?
