There are people of all intelligence levels in each group, just as there are among theists.

Nope. Atheists are more deluded, however.

I don't know about dumber, certainly more irrational on the claim of Gods existing. Agnostics seem to believe the existence of Gods are unknowable, but without the claim of Gods, they would not even know of the concept to say that it is unknowable. It would be like out of the blue claiming that the existence of 5 headed, purple aliens is unknowable, where you would not even be thinking of 5 headed, purple aliens unless someone planted the notion in your mind. Agnostics, like atheists don't believe theists have met their burden of proof for existence. But agnostics grant a "real" possibility by asserting it's impossible to know, but based on what? The claim itself? It's certainly rational to be agnostic about how we got here but to pin it to a Deity doesn't make any sense, especially when in the same breath they vow it is unknowable by any measure. You would need some kind of hint to make such an assertion.

Your name and question imply that you died, suffered brain damage thru oxygen deprivation, and were then resuscitated.

There are probably more agnostics than atheists in the scientific community and it was a scientist (Thomas Henry Huxley) who coined the term. On this basis, I am inclined to say no. Besides, it makes more sense to say that it is impossible to prove either way than to say that you have the answer. Agnostics can and do lean either way, on the basis of available evidence.

Anyone who is intellectually honest admits to agnosticism when it comes to God.  And, anyone who claims to "KNOW" either way is confusing personal certainty with knowledge.

Atheist and theists are about belief.  You may not KNOW there is a God, but everyone can review the evidence, the reasoning, and their personal beliefs and conclude "I don't believe" or "I do believe."

Agnostics aren't dumb.  But they do have a core inconsistency if they try to assert it is wrong to declare a belief either way about the existence of God because we cannot KNOW.  This is a foolish argument because agnostics are more than happy to ignore this condition on other untestable hypotheses (e.g. are fairies real?) but reserve their 'doubt' for God claims.  If they were true to their position that if we cannot KNOW then we must reserve belief then they would apply to any such claim.

They’re more honest then atheists. Atheists say there is no God, agnostic admit they don’t know either way and can’t make a statement.

Yes, agnostics can’t figure out whether or not magic is real. True atheists are able to, though.
