How can I determine the torque required to turn a swinging barrier that is supported by two deep grove roller bearings?

The swinging barrier is vertically oriented as shown below and is directly coupled to a motor along the bearing axis.

    to turn it at a constant speed, power is determined by bearing resistance and air resistance.  Neither of which can be easily calculated. Best is to measure it.

      Bottom line, this looks lightweight. So unless you need it to start up quickly, the torque need to accelerate it to a reasonable speed (say 100 RPM) in, say 10 seconds, will be very low. But you have no dimensions or weights, so that is a guess....
