Isn't Trump having an ambassador illegally surveilled another grounds for impeachment?

How many laws will he be allowed to break with impunity?

I firmly believe that he will need to be impeached again because he will continue to perpetuate his anti-American deeds.

Trump is throwing Giuliani under the bus, claiming he didn't know what his personal lawyer was doing on Trump's behalf in Ukraine. Trump already denied knowledge of Giuliani's letter to Zelensky, and still claims he doesn't know Lev Parnas, despite the many photos Parnas has released of Don & Lev in the White House.

Was she surveilled? By whom? Was it legally approved or not?

Anyway, I thought you could surveil anyone you liked based on the most flimsy evidence. In fact, you can start even before you apply for permission and you can do that to Presidents and future Presidents. Why not a lowly ambassador?

It isn't illegal. Therefore it's not an impeachable offence.

Yeah, only everyday citizens should be illegally surveilled, that's the DNC way!

When did the DNC have anyone surveilled? Or is that just the usual right-wing slander?

He did exactly what he accused Obama of doing.

Being that it didn't happen, no. The democrats know their impeachment articles are opinion based and not fact based. This explains all of the democrats pushing this rhetoric.
