What goes well in a tuna sandwich?

    I just like mayo, salt, pepper, tomato, and tuna

    1 can tuna in water, drained

    1 teaspoon wasabi 

    2 teaspoons of minced ginger

    1 celery stalk, chopped

    1 tablespoon chopped green onions/scallions

    Pinch of salt

    Enough mayo to moisten

    Whole grain bread (lightly toasted), a little bit of avocado spread, tomato, dill pickle with a sprinkle of salt

    I like it in wholemeal bread, with hummus [ instead of mayo ] thinly sliced red radish & cucumber.

    Or mixed with a little mayo, fine chopped onion & dill pickle on a Kaiser roll.

    Chopped celery, onion, hard cooked egg, pimiento, pickle, are all good, depending on your preference. All can be added if desired.

    Onion, garlic, red bell pepper, celery, black pepper, mayo and BACON. 

    Sorry, cheese just doesn't do it for me with fish, but BACON...it works.
